 Review Procedure

   Review Procedure

Review Procedure of the Yearbook’s based on recommendations of Committee of Ethics in Science (see Dobre praktyki w procedurach recenzyjnych w nauce, Warszawa 2011).

1. Submitting an article is tantamount to consenting to its inclusion in the review procedure.
2. Submitted papers and source publications are submitted to an initial formal agency by the Editorial Board members.
3. After passing the initial evaluation, the article is sent to the external evaluation.
4. Each publication is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. The editors select the most suitably qualified reviewers in a specific field.
5. Reviewer must be at least PhD holder.
6. Reviewers are appointed from an academic institution other than that of the Author’s.
7. In the reviewing model neither authors nor reviewers know each other’s identities (double-blind review process).
8. The review has a written form.
9. The review concludes with unequivocal decision concerning submitted article.
10. All authors will inform about review result and will give review form for insight.
11. All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
12. If the reviewers indicate a wide field of amendments, the article may be re-submitted for external evaluation.
13. All authors have a right to dispute on substantive matter with review.
14. The final decision to qualify or reject the article belongs to the Editorial Board.
15. The list of reviewers is published on the Yearbook’s website.

COPYRIGHT AND ACCESS
1. If autor commit a plagiarism their article will be rejected by the Editorial Board.
2. Articles in which are detected cases of ghostwriting and guest authorship will be rejected by Editorial Board.
3. All cases mentioned in points 1 and 2 will be made public.
